5 pack Indomie Mi Goreng Hot n Spicy noodles
3 capsicum
200 gm mixed veges
250 gm diced chicken
Ingredients to prepare Chicken (salt, Cayenne pepper powder, turmeric powder and canola oil)
Chop the top off the capsicum carefully to create a lid and carefully clean inside of the capsicum to make a cup space. Marinate the chicken with cayenne pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt and bake it in a 200 degree pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Brush the chicken with a little oil when needed and turn until cooked. Put the capsicum in up right position in the oven  for ten minutes, brush it with oil occasionally until the color of capsicum turns light green. Make Indomie hot and spicy noodles as per instructions and add cooked mixed veges. Add the cooked chicken to the noodles and fill the capsicum cups with indomie noodles. Serve hot. It's an easy, healthy and fun way to have indomie hot n spicy noodles. Kids will love it. NB;The same recepie can be applied to all indomie noodles and variation of meat can be tried according to taste.
