2 packets of Mi goreng
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup of cooked chopped vegetables (carrots and beans)
1. Cook mi goreng as per instruction on the package. Reserve the seasoning powders for later. Drain and cool noodles. 2. Once the noodles cooled, add the seasoning powders, eggs, flour and vegetables. Mix well. 3. Heat a non stick frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. For each pancake, place 3 tablespoons of noodles batter onto the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Turn and cook for further 1 to 2 minutes.
