2 Packs INDOMIE Mi Goreng Barbeque chicken
1 Egg
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 to 3 cloves of garlic, diced
Thin slices of chicken
Salt and pepper
Spinach (or alternatives e.g Kale or Bokchoi)
1 sliced tomato (or cherry tomatoes)
Poach an egg. While egg is cooking heat oil in a small pan, on a medium heat cook garlic until slightly golden and crispy, add the spinach and quickly toss with the garlic (do not overcook them) set them aside. Season chicken with salt and pepper then fry in the same pan and set side. Cook the noodles as per packet instructions. Serve the noodles in a bowl with tomatoes, poached egg, spinach and chicken on top. Enjoy!
