3 packs Mi Goreng Fried Noodles
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic
1/2 cup onion
1 cup carrots
1 small cauliflower cut into pieces
1 cup snow peas
1 cup sliced red bell pepper
1 cup sliced green bell pepper
1 cup sliced button mushrooms
250 grams boneless chicken thigh sliced into bite size pieces
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 cup water
2 tsp cornflour (diluted in water)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 piece cabbage
1. Cook noodles according to instructions. 2. Heat oil and saute onion and garlic 3. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper and cook until slightly brown about 2 minutes. 4. Put in the mushrooms and cook for another 1 minute. 5. Add the oyster sauce, stir and then add the water. 6. Cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. 7. Add the cauliflower and snow peas then mix well. Cover the pan for 2 minutes. 8. Add all the remaining vegetables for 4-5 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. 9. Pour in the diluted cornflour and mix well. 10. Lastly, add the cooked noodles into the pot. Mix well 11. Serve with the pre-packed toasted garlic on top.
