Curried Indomie Noodle & Vegetable Fritters

2 packets of Indomie Mi Goreng Noodles
2 spring onions
5 spinach leaves finely chopped
1 grated carrot
1 level tsp curry powder
1 sachet of Indomie seasoning powder
2 sachets of Indomie fried onion
1/3 cup self raising flour
1 beaten egg
Cook Indomie noodles according to packet. Drain and chop up with spoon. Add Indomie seasoning sachet, fried onion sachets and curry powder and toss. Add grated carrot, spring onions and finely chopped spinach, self raising flour and beaten egg. Mix well and fry in oil in a frying pan. Serve with a sprinkle of ground salt and a little sour cream on the side.
