Indonesian Style Indomie

4 cloves Garlic, minced
2 shallots, sliced thinly
2-3 birds eye chilli (adjust for hotness) - chopped
1 can corned beef
2 eggs
3 packets of Indomie Mi-Goreng Noodles
A bunch cavolo nero (or any dark green leafy vegetable) - sliced
2 eggs
100g Edam/Mild Cheese - grated
2 tsp vegetable oil
1. Cook Indomie Mi-Goreng Noodles according to packet directions, adjust cooking time for done-ness. 2. Heat up the vegetable oil in a wok, stir through the garlic and shallots, sautee until fragrant, add birds eye chilli. Continue stirring until soft. 3. Add corned beef, break it up so that there are no lumps, add sliced cavolo nero to the wok. Check your Indomie Noodles, drain and mix it with the sauce. 4. Place the corned beef mix on top of the Indomie Goreng Noodles. 5. Cook the eggs as you like them, sunny side up with crispy white is recommended. 6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the noodles, serve with eggs.
