2 Packets of Indomie Mi Goreng noodles
1 egg (beaten)
Cooking Oil
Choice of dip (Mayo, Sweet & Sour or good old kiwi tomato sauce)
Cook Indomie noodles according to packet instructions. Drain the noodles and add the seasonings. Toss the beaten egg with the noodles and make sure all the noodles are well coated. Dump the noodles on an 8 x 8 aluminum foil, flatten and shape it into a tight, even layer. Wrap it tight with the foil and freeze for 40 mins to an hour. When it's semi-frozen, take it out and cut into fry shapes. Deep fry until golden in colour. Serve with your favourite dip or sauce. Enjoy!
