1 packet of Indomie Mi Goreng Fried Noodles - minus the seasonings
1 beaten egg
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla oil for deep frying icing/decorations
Crush noodles and add all other ingredients to a pot. Keep stirring and boil until liquid has been absorbed and almost evaporated. Shape into circular shapes about 5-8 cm thick, wrap/cover with cling film and place on a flat tray that can fit in your freezer. After you've left them to chill and firm up remove them from the freezer and cut the inside holes to make a doughnut shape then return to the freezer to firm up again. Once firm, remove from the freezer and lightly deep fry. Ice & or decorate your doughnuts however you like, I really recommend cinnamon & sugar it tastes great. I know they seem a little out of the ordinary but I promise they taste good, creamy and sweet!
