my quick prawn ,broccolli, green bean noodle lunch
1 pkt of Indomie Mi Goreng Satay noodles
1 cup of frozen prawns,
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/4 cup fresh green beans
2 garlic cloves
oil
1 cup water
Use a non-stick pan on a high tempurature. Add oil to the pan and fry prawns until slightly pink. Add chopped garlic cloves. Crush noodles a bit in the packet, add to prawns, add water and Mi Goreng sauce mixes, mix well. Add chopped broccoli and beans, mix well. Allow the noodles to soak up remaining water, ( if you want it to be soupy add a extra 1/2 -cup of water). Enjoy :)
