Prawn and Salmon Sushi , filled with Kimchi and Avocado

2 packs of Indomie Hot and Spicy noodles
70 g mozarella cheese
40g Avocado
80g Kimchi
1 Prawn rolls
3 smoked salmon each
1 paper of Nori (seaweed)
Wasabi
Cook both packs of noodles at the same time, set it aside to cool, add mozarella cheese and hot water to keep the noddles from dying out, put in the microwave for 60 seconds to melt the cheese. Mix it well and place it onto a sushi mat (covered with plastic wrap before). Spread it evenly and put kimchi , avocado , and prawn roll. Roll it nice and tightly. Cut into pieces, plate it and serve with wasabi.
