Quick Curried Egg and Noodle Salad

2 packets of Indomie Mi Goreng Stir Fry Noodles
2 seasoning sachets
4 eggs, hard boiled
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 spring onions
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Chives to garnish
Cook noodles according to packet directions. When cooked , drain and add seasoning sachets. Leave to cool. Melt butter in a pot and add curry powder and brown sugar. Stir well and cook gently for a few minutes. Add the sliced hard boiled eggs, curry mixture and mayonnaise. Blend gently then spoon into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped chives. Delicious!
