Spicy Beef Rib and Vege Rolls
1 x pack of spring roll wrappers
Oil for frying
1 x onion
1 x carrot, grated
1 x mushroom
1 x clove garlic
2 x packs of Indomie Spicy Beef Ribs
1/2 capsicum, diced
Cook noodles according to packet, add flavour sachets and set aside. Fry onion, garlic, mushroom, grated carrot and diced capsicum in oil. Mix fried veges with noodle mix. Lay out spring roll wrappers, add 3 tablespoons of mix onto wrapper. Roll up, pull in sides and roll again to make spring roll like shape. Wet edges with water to seal edges. Heat oil in fry pan and fry turning over when browned. Serve with sweet chilli sauce, sour cream and salad.
