Summer Lunch!

2 packets of Mi Goreng noodles
2 eggs
1 crumbed chicken schnitzel
Handful of fancy lettuce
1 Tomato
1 Spoonful of grated cheese
1 Teaspoon of sliced green onion
Boil your Mi Goreng noodles until you get the softness you like. Mix your Mi Goreng sauces and seasoning together in a bowl. Drain all the water from your noodles, then toss through the sauce mix until evenly sauced and browned. Fry 2 eggs the way you like them. Bake your chicken schnitzel until brown and slice it into thin strips. Spread your noodles on a plate. Don't forget the fried onion on top! Place your schnitzel and eggs on the noodles. Take your lettuce, sliced tomato, cheese and green onion and make a small salad for the side of your plate. Enjoy!
