'Tex-Mex' Spicy Noodles

2 packs Mi Goreng Spicy Beef Ribs Noodles
1 can (400g) Mexican flavoured tomatoes
1 cup corn kernals (canned, frozen or fresh)
1 capsicum pepper (red or green)
2 tablespoons lime juice
Cook noodles in boiling water for just 1 minute. Drain. Add flavouring/seasoning sachets and all the remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring, for 2 more minutes. That's all! Yum! Oodles of Noodle flavour in the new Spicy Beef Rib variety! (Doesn't take many more ingredients to whip up this Tex-Mex dish.) Makes a brilliant lunch for 3 - 4 when teamed with a green salad. Add a dollop of sour cream if you like.
