Spicy Noodle Soup

1 Packet of Mi Goreng Original 2 Cloves of garlic (sliced) 1 Teaspoon tomato paste 1 Teaspoon curry powder 1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper (if you like it hot, I use fresh chilli when I have them!) Spring onion fresh herbs and lemon to finish
In a saucepan, put about 2 cups of water and everything else except the sping onion and herbs. Bring to the boil until noodles are cooked. Serve garnished with the spring onion and herbs (I used coriander in the photo) and squeeze a little lemon or lime over the top.
