Versatile Indomie goes Italian. Give Indomie Bolognese a go!

  • 2 packs of Indomie Mi Goreng
  • 6 broccoli, florets, cooked
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp fried onion (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp butter or oil
  • 100 grams mince meat
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red capsicum, diced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  1. Heat butter, add onion, garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Add the mince meat, and stir fry until cooked, add tomatoes, broccoli, red capsicum and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper, mix well and put aside.
  2. Prepare noodles as per cooking directions on the packet.
  3. Put aside about 1 Tbsp of the bolognese sauce for garnish on top. Mix the noodles with the bolognaise sauce and plate.
