Indomie Goreng Beef Steak
A delicious and mouth watering recipe that is easy and simple to make.
Ingredients for noodles:
- 2 packs of Indomie Mi Goreng noodles
- 1 carrot diced and cooked
- 3 Tbsp of peas
- 4 red chillis (optional)
- Lettuce, cucumber, snowpeas and cherry tomatoes for garnish
Ingredients for the beef:
- 250 grams beef fillet, sliced
- 2 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp brown sugar
- 250 ml water
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 Tbsp butter or olive oil for stir frying
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 3 pcs star anise (optional)
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- Serves: 2
- Marinate the beef with pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon for 5 minutes.
- Heat butter, add onion and garlic, stir fry until fragrant. Add the marinated beef, stir fry until half cooked, then add the soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, and water. Cook until sauce thickens then add celery.
- Prepare noodles as per cooking directions on the packet. Add carrot, peas, chilli and mix well.
- Place the beef next to it and garnish with lettuce, cucumber, snow peas and cherry tomatoes.
