Indomie Goreng Satay with Satay Skewers
Take your taste buds to Bali and enjoy the authentic Indomie Mi Goreng Satay with Beef Satay skewers.
Ingredients for noodles:
- 2 packs of Indomie Mi Goreng Satay
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 red chilli, chopped and seeds removed.
- 1 egg omelette, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- mint leaves to garnish
Ingredients for the Satay:
- 300 grams beef fillet (or chicken tight), diced
- 150 ml sweet soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp coriander powder
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp tamarind water
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic,crushed
- 2 red chillies (optional)
- 2 Tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- Serves: 2
Marinate beef, spices, soy sauce, coriander, oil and tamarind water for 2 hours.
- Insert meat onto skewers and grill until cooked.
- Prepare Indomie Mi Goreng Satay as per cooking directions and add shallots and chilli. Mix well and place on a plate.
- Put 3 pcs of Satay skewers on top of the noodles, garnish with the omelette, diced cucumber, carrot, tomatoes, mint leaves and lime on the side. Squeeze a lime over dish if desired.
