Indomie Goreng Satay with Satay Skewers

Take your taste buds to Bali and enjoy the authentic Indomie Mi Goreng Satay with Beef Satay skewers.

Ingredients for noodles:
  • 2 packs of Indomie Mi Goreng Satay
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 red chilli, chopped and seeds removed.
  • 1 egg omelette, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • mint leaves to garnish
Ingredients for the Satay:
  • 300 grams beef fillet (or chicken tight), diced
  • 150 ml sweet soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp coriander powder
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 Tbsp tamarind water
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic,crushed
  • 2 red chillies (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • Serves: 2
Marinate beef, spices, soy sauce, coriander, oil and tamarind water for 2 hours.
  1. Insert meat onto skewers and grill until cooked.
  2. Prepare Indomie Mi Goreng Satay as per cooking directions and add shallots and chilli. Mix well and place on a plate.
  3. Put 3 pcs of Satay skewers on top of the noodles, garnish with the omelette, diced cucumber, carrot, tomatoes, mint leaves and lime on the side. Squeeze a lime over dish if desired.
